Mountain storms can occasionally knock out the power. If that happens, you can report it straight to Sevier County Electric — or just let us know and we'll make the call for you.
If the WiFi drops but the power's on, try the quick router reset on the Get on the wifi page (unplug it on the mantle for 60 seconds). And note that the internet won't work while the power is out at the cabin.
Just like at home, we can't control the weather or how quickly the power company restores service — but we'll do everything we can to help. And if there's ever a safety emergency, call 911.
