It happens! If anything gets broken during your stay, please just let us know — a quick message helps us keep the cabin safe and comfortable for the next guests.

For small things — a broken glass, a chipped mug, a misplaced remote — we won't charge you a thing. We just appreciate an honest heads-up so we can replace it. If you can, tell us what happened and where the item is, and we'll take it from there.

If something larger is damaged — furniture, an appliance, anything structural — we'll reach out to talk through a fair resolution. We'll document it, share photos and estimates, and keep the whole process transparent and courteous.
